About the Founder
Grand Ole Getaways was founded on a simple belief: short-term rentals should be thoughtfully designed, professionally managed, and genuinely welcoming.
With over 6 years of experience managing both short-term and long-term rentals, I bring a unique, end-to-end perspective to STR management—one shaped not only by operations, but by development, ownership, and hands-on hospitality. I am also a personal STR owner and operator, which means every decision is made with an owner’s mindset and a guest’s experience in mind.
My background began with the renovation of a 100-year-old building, transforming it into office and loft space. From there, I went on to develop a 46-unit, STR-specific building on Music Row, gaining deep expertise in STR zoning, design, compliance, and the realities of operating at scale. That experience allows me to support properties from concept to sale to daily operations—a perspective few management companies can offer.
At the core of my approach is a design-focused, hospitality-forward, and data-driven philosophy. Every property is treated as a brand, every guest stay as an opportunity to create something memorable, and every decision as a balance between performance and experience.
